Terms & Conditions
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Century Snooker Manager web application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
2. Description of Service
Century Snooker Manager provides digital tools for tracking snooker career statistics, including but not limited to break building, pot percentages, and safety success rates. Some features are restricted to "Pro" members.
3. Payments & Subscriptions
All payments are processed securely via Stripe and managed by RevenueCat. We offer Monthly, 6-Month, and Yearly subscriptions. These will automatically renew at the end of each period unless canceled.
4. Intellectual Property
The design, code, logic, and snooker tracking algorithms are the exclusive property of Century Snooker Manager. You may not scrape, copy, or redistribute any part of the application without written consent.
5. User Data and Privacy
We use Firebase for data storage and Stripe/RevenueCat for billing. Your data usage is governed by our Privacy Policy. We are not responsible for data loss due to user error (e.g., deleting an account).
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided "as is." While we strive for 100% accuracy in snooker stat tracking, we are not liable for any discrepancies in data or for any loss of progress due to server downtime.
